SGA has provided architectural design services to Lowe’s for more than 15 years. To date, we have completed work on 160 ground-up new stores based on approximately 12 different prototypes. We have provided a wide variety of services for Lowe’s including preliminary due diligence & site investigation services, design, planning & zoning entitlement, construction documentation, and construction site observation services in 18 states from coast to coast. SGA helped Lowe’s achieve LEED certification on a project in Sarasota County, FL in 2011 and worked on Lowe’s first urban setting store in downtown San Francisco, CA.
