We began working with Subway in 2006. In addition to completing more than 220 projects in 39 states, SGA prepared construction documents and coordinated LEED requirements for a Subway within a Walmart Supercenter located in South Euclid, OH. This effort contributed to the achievement of LEED Silver certification of the building. Our Subway site-adapt experience has led to other food service tenant site-adapt opportunities proving our value as retail experts.
