Cost estimating / cost analysis

When it comes to making well-informed decisions about design and construction issues, our architecture firm believes that there’s no such thing as too much information. We’ll provide you with a cost per square foot analysis, or if more information is needed, we can take an even closer look at the project, suggesting alternative designs, materials or solutions if warranted. We want to make sure that you’ve got all the information you need to make the best decisions possible.

Forensic Analysis

Does your current location have foundation cracks or other unusual signs that might indicate stress to the structure? Let our architecture firm help you find the source of the problem. Our typical forensic investigation begins with the identification of a reported problem within a building’s envelope. Types of investigation include site visits, interviewing of facility personnel, photogrammetry, and destructive and non-destructive testing.

Once testing is complete, a report is generated to communicate all of our findings, and includes a description of the methodology used, the existing conditions uncovered by the testing, the conclusions drawn and preliminary recommendations for the remediation of the problem.
